For a transaction
Technical diligence for a transaction.
Architecture reviews and technical due diligence, for an investor, an acquirer or a board with one decision in front of it.
Who is it for?
Anyone who needs senior technical judgment on one specific decision, before it is made.
Where it sits
It is the Diagnostic Sprint, pointed at one transaction.
Sometimes you need deep technical expertise for a specific challenge.
- An architecture that needs review before a major investment.
- Due diligence on a potential acquisition.
- Strategic guidance during a critical growth phase.
What do you get?
Recommendations you can act on, each prioritized by impact.
In your systems
I dig into your systems and your constraints before I recommend anything. This is not generic advice.

How does it run?
Scoped to the decision in front of you.
Scoping
First, the specific challenge and the outcome the decision needs. Clear scope is what separates actionable insight from generic recommendations.
Discovery
A deep dive into your systems, processes and team. I review code, architecture and documentation, and interview key stakeholders.
Analysis
I turn the findings into recommendations, each prioritized by impact and effort, with a clear rationale.
Delivery
I present the findings to the people making the decision, answer their questions, and support implementation planning.

Find the thread
A hands-on audit of your funnel, attribution and AI-search presence. It ends in a prioritized fix list, ranked by what each change is worth.

Pull it tight
Fixed-scope execution of the fixes that matter: positioning, AI search (GEO and AEO), content, paid acquisition, the website, and the measurement that proves pipeline.

Keep it tight
Ongoing, on a fixed, project-based scope. Direct access to the people doing the work, and reporting a board can read.
Has he done this before?
I have built and scaled systems inside companies from startups to Fortune 2000 enterprises, and I have been through acquisitions on both sides of the table.
Questions
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes. NDAs are standard practice before any engagement, and for due diligence work I can operate within whatever confidentiality framework you need.
- Can you help implement the recommendations?
- Yes. I can scope the implementation from the findings, or work with your team to build the capability in-house.
- How long does a review take?
- It varies by scope. I agree the length with you once I know what the review has to answer.
- Which industries do you know best?
- B2B software first, and cybersecurity most of all.
- How is it priced?
- Fixed, project-based scope. Scope is set after the diagnosis, not before it.
- Who does the work?
- I lead every engagement. For specific jobs I bring in specialists I have worked with for years, so the work keeps moving and nothing depends on one person being available.
- What happens to my data?
- Training and data collection are off with every AI provider I use. Sensitive analysis runs on hardware I own. Clients are anonymized on this site.
